Our successful cooperation began more than 3 years ago, when we participated in the trade show in Milan for the first time. Our company needed an interpreter into Italian and, having analyzed the web sites offering such services, we chose Liubou.

The first experience turned out to be successful, we liked how responsibly Liubou approached the work. Long before the exhibition, she studied information about our company and about our products. She not only carried out the interpretation itself, quickly and without thoughtful pauses, but also actively worked at the booth, advised clients and helped in organizational process.

After the trade show, it was necessary to process contacts, write emails, prepare commercial offers, translate catalogues, instructions, and also to call clients, and we decided to continue working with Liubou. During implementation of this project, she also proved herself to be a responsible, proactive customer service expert, skillfully overcoming objections and moving towards the target.

The format of our work is: problem statement, implementation plan development, preparation, execution, control of the result.

I would like to highlight the following advantages in Liubou’s work: fulfilling the task accurately and on time, constant communication in a convenient mode (planned in advance), request to clarify information if something is in doubt or a question has arisen, responsibility and respectability. You can be sure that the objective will be completed perfectly.

At the moment, we are keeping all communications with our Italian partners via Liubou.
